Confirmations

None of my clients are getting text reminders of their appointments started this week! Why? I am the sole employee and none of my clients got reminders this week! 
When I want to send out the reminder it’s says “ verify the contact information for this customer is correct before trying again” 

it says that for every single appointments. Help!!!

@Salonalma Square recently rolled out the new subscription tiers for Square Appointments that were announced back in January. I recommend making sure that you are subscribed to the correct plan. If you are on the correct plan and this issue persists, please let us know so we can get your case escalated.
