Syncing issues with modifiers

We have an online bookstore and offer a subscription service. Each month we update the modifier set with new books for the customers to choose from. 

 

For the last 2 months, we have had issues with the modifier set syncing. We update it in the Weebly online store, then we try the Square item in the dashboard. 

 

We are having no luck and are on day 2 of trying to figure out why? Any suggestions?

HI, Square and Weebly are one platform now.  There is a known sync issue with Square.  Updating in Weebly then Square, the sync will probably be even longer, if at all.  Best advice, use Square primarily as your provider now.  Please be aware that Square has discontinued some services and features from the Weebly platform.

Bummer that square has discontinued some of the services/features from Weebly. But thanks for the update.

 

I found a work-a-round through "options."  Hope they don't do away with that feature!
