Confirmation & Shipping emails sending twice

Hi hope someone can help,

 

For the last few weeks, Square online has been sending duplicate order confirmation emails for every order, meaning I'm getting lots of emails from customers thinking they have ordered twice. 

 

Also the items shipped email is not sending out as I have edited it, meaning the information on it is correct. It keeps sending out a previous version of the email that I have since edited.

Hi @ThornleyS, that's quite strange. It sounds like it might require us to investigate the email records and set up. I think it'll be best to reach out to our Support team directly since they'll be able to look into account specific's setup and be able to troubleshoot further.
