Not sure how this happened or why, but I exported Item Details for a 2 week pay period. There was one transaction the we did a partial refund for the same day. The transaction appears in the export, but not the refund. It was a small amount, so wasn't a big deal and we caught it, but this could be an issue in the future. Suggestions?

I went to check for any other reports and everything should be working as expected with partial refunds and record-keeping. Are you still encountering this discrepancy? We had the same problem this past month. It was a partial refund. The item detail report omitted the refund. We have had this problem before.
