Collected Customer Emails

Erm, I've lost/can't find the marketing area where you can filter & view those customers who have opted in to marketing information. 

It always used to be in the online dash, under the marketing options. But they're there no more!

Hi @Sam_400º, thanks for reaching out! That's quite strange -- if possible, would you mind sending some screenshot (without any sensitive information) showing what you currently have access to within your Online dashboard? I'd like to look into this further and raise a ticketing with our team if necessary.

@tranguyen - are you able to just sign in as me? I'm happy that your privacy policy covers all my customers data in any case. 


I'm not sure what to show as can't figure out where it was before! Although it's on the weebly side, I can still see all the profiles on the normal dash (have checked to see if I can filter or show the 'opt in' but there's nothing?)

Hi @Sam_400º, good news! From checking with the team, it looks like at one point there might have been multiple sites on your account, which is why the option for marketing and checking mailing list disappear.

 

In this case, they have been able to re-enable it. When you login, you should be able to see a Marketing tab and the Mailing Lists underneath, we you can check if customers have opt in to receiving emails!

The menu is back - yay! 

Catastrophically all of my mailing lists have disappeared, zero opt ins. My marketing strategy has been wiped in one foul sweep. Iceman has come & captured Batman. Lex Luther has hidden kryptonite under Superman's pillow & he can't get out of bed. 

I can't think of any more silly analogies, but this is a pretty big deal for me. I was looking to update all my customers about what's going on over the next few weeks & I'm worried that I now have no options to do this?
