I send out several invoices to clients weekly. Over the last two weeks, multiple clients have tried to pay their invoices online but have reported issues with Plaid. These are clients who have previously paid invoices without any problems. Does anyone have any ideas about what the issue might be?
Hi there @ODH.. It would be very helpful to know the issues they are having, since there are many possibilities and I don't want to guess. Can you provide error messages? Screen shots? Videos? Something that would point to which issue might be occurring?
It's possible I can help but, honestly, this is an issues that only Plaid tech support can resolve, most likely. They are the gatekeeper for their ecosystem and Square only gets involved after Plaid has verified something and told Square to proceed. Still, I'm willing to give it a go if I know where to start.
