Clients can't schedule for a new service

[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Can't schedule on a new service.]

 

I already have 5 existing services that will accept appointments. I've scheduled a new service with time slots and my clients can't book an appointment to the new service. The calendar is not highlighted, no time options are shown to choose from.

Are all of your services enabled to be bookable online? 

 

 

Let me know, as I want to make sure we get this figured out.

Yes. As far as I know. I was able to adjust my hours and, it reflected on the other 5 services I offe. I can make appointments with all but this one. The "enable online booking" switch is on.

Hmmm. Interesting that adjusting the hours allowed customers/clients to access those services. If you wouldn't mind giving our Square Appointments team a call, I think they would like to look into this further to see if any other sellers are being impacted.
