Hey @FinanceatCit. Did you purchase the printer-driven cash drawer or the USB cash drawer? If you purchased the printer-driven drawer then the drawer must be connected to the printer. If you purchased the USB cash drawer then the drawer must be connected to your hub. Either printer should have come with a USB cable in the box.
