I tried to resume a support chat I started a few hours ago, and the agent who connected was unable to look up the earlier chat. He couldn’t access screenshots I had sent earlier. There’s no transcript of the chat. This feels like the dark ages of customer support: continuity of chat support is the norm on virtually every other platform that I use.
