Cancelling a domain transfer out of Square

Hi everyone,

 

I want to cancel a domain transfer out of Square. I received an email from Weebly saying to simply respond to the email in order to cancel, otherwise they will proceed on Monday 4th. However the email address provided has an auto-responder saying it isn't monitored. I've tried to chat with Square online but the chat is unavailable (weekend?)... I've also tried re-enabling the registrar lock for the domain in the settings panel on Square, but whenever I go back to check it is unlocked again. 

Is there anything I can do?

Hello, @cof2024

 

To cancel your subscription, click on the menu on the top right of our Square Online overview page, click on Account Settings, and then go to the My Services tab. Click on the Manage link for your subscription, and you'll see an option to cancel it. For more information, please see the help article on managing your online store services.
