In less than a week the USB cash drawer stopped connecting to the square stand, I called Square they couldn't figure out why (we went through the steps they could take to troubleshoot) so they gave me the number for the manufacturer of the USB drawer (I purchased from square). The manufacturer asked me to plug the cash drawer into a laptop and there was power (saw a light inside of the till) but that dosnt help me because I'm not using a laptop to run my cash drawer... they said to get a new stand so I did and it still won't connect, I'm pretty frustrated, any advise is appreciated.

If this doesn't improve things, the next step would be to reconnect with our Support Team so they can gather the information required to create a support ticket, as we cannot access your Square account or device information here in the Seller Community. Then, our engineers can investigate this further to determine what's causing this issue.
