We're a florist and often take phone, email and in-person orders for future pick up or delivery. How do we enter those - we have a Square Register and Retail Plus - so that they show up in our Orders and we know to fulfill them on a certain date? I thought when we upgraded to Retail Plus this feature would be offered but can't figure it out. I really want to see all of our pending orders - whether placed via POS or Online (we also use Square for online) all in one place. Is that possible?
I'm not aware of a way to do this from Register. We use our webstore or app to schdule orders for future delivery, it's a hack, costs a little more but it works.
