Can't Create New Location Due to POS Checkout Background Image

I am trying to add a new location to my existing account; however, when I try to save the new location information I receive the following error.

 

"Profile image should have content type image/jpeg, image/pjpeg, image/png, image/x-png, image/gif"

 

It doesn't matter the size of the image, type of image, browser I'm using. It will not save the new location.  It also will not allow me to skip this.

Hey @DDSM- The image requirements are 2328 x 1144. Try that size and let me know if you're still having trouble.

Thanks for trying it @DDSM. Strange, though. I'm not sure what else the issue could be if you're using the correct specs. I would go ahead and reach out to our Support Team. They can jump into your account with you and escalate any issues to our Engineering team if need be.
