@bebe72 I am not sure, but I know most FSA/HSA have a visa/mc type card they can make purchases with. I know that with some retailers/businesses they are automatically verified, but when my wife has used her, she will sometimes have submit an EOB or bill from the medical office to the company administering the HSA.
If they have a branded card with the logo, I don't see why they shouldn't be able to pay with it.
