My company is signed up to the loyalty rewards and all of my customers have had a text sent to them saying their account has been deleted.
Has anybody else experienced this?
Is there a glitch with Square?
How can the accounts and their points be recovered?
Fair to say this is a massive headache!

Hi @WV22, I'm very sorry to hear that! We didn't receive any report about this. Can you please contact our Support team through one of the channels mentioned here? This needs to be investigated by our team.
Generally speaking, your customer should receive SMS notifications only when you or one of your authorised staff have edited/deleted the profile. I am unable to ask you for any account information and customer details here as this is a public thread. Our team will be happy to help.
