I'm having the same trouble with my marketing campaign and the code in the email is not working for my customers. Please help ASAP!
I have a coupon set up and I have the same name in my marketing campaign but I can't save the marketing campaign as it says that code already exists - this is so confusing. It seems you can't have a coupon code the same code as your email marketing campaign?
