My barbers are attempting to add the “book now” button on their Instagram. They’re greeted with a prompt telling them they must talk to the admin. The problem is the admin it’s showing them is an old employee that has 0 access and has been deactivated for over a year. I’ve tried logging in and activating them to remove permissions but no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
Hello @Roughnecks, The account owner is the only one that can edit the Team permissions. The person that initially opened the Square account needs to be contacted so they can call in and make the necessary email changes.

I checked all over the link you sent me prior to coming to the seller community. This was a last resort. Is there someone I can call to get this figured out?
@Roughnecks - As mentioned you can contact us here. Also, in this case, the owner of the account or the person that has permission to edit the Team Permission settings needs to give the employee all access permission in order to connect a website or make edit to the site.
