I moved and changed emails, won’t let me change in screens? It is grayed out.

I moved states and changed address, bank and email.  Trying to get bank set up but it keeps emailing old email I have no access too.  Won’t let me change emails address, it is grayed out?

Hello @RCountryStore and welcome to our Seller Community! 

First, you'll need to change the email address on file. 

You can go here, and click "Change" next to the email. 

Once you update the email, you'll be able to update the rest of your information.
