Bank account verification

Hey everyone, 

I'm trying to get my bank account verified. Square was able to charge a penny and refund the penny and still it fails with no other information. 

When choosing what type off account, I chose business checking, is that right? It's not savings and not regular checking is it for a business account?  

Also I made sure if the 5 digits etc and 7 for account number and all. I have a question regarding the account holder name. I am a sole proprietor and my business has a name. However, the bank tells me that my name is the account holder and SpaTech IT Services is an alias. Am I supposed to be putting my business name in the account name place vs my full name,  perhaps?
