Apple Pay Not Working

Hello,

 

I've got a problem with Apple Pay not showing on our commerce website. 

 

This is using Safari, across all devices and everything is enabled and up to date. I've tried unpublishing and republishing the site also to no avail.

same issue with any browser - no sign of it anywhere on any device.

There is another section I would like you to check out in the setting of your Online Store, @Tom_Finnon.

Go to your Online Store Dashboard > Settings > Checkout. Make sure the "Accepting Online Orders" toggle is turned on. 

 

If this doesn't do the trick, please let me know!

Hi @Kassi_,

 

sorry for the delay - accepting online orders is turned on. We're only trading 4 days a week at present so were switching it on and off weekly. 

 

I've just toggled it on again now to check and still no joy.

Hi @Tom_Finnon, thank you for your patience while I looked into it with my team. It looks like Apple Pay and Google Pay appear when you go to the Checkout page, click Back and refresh the page. I have reported this to our engineers. I will post an update as soon as I hear back from the team.

Hi I have the same problem for about a year, since I pay for this service, Apple Pay should be working it’s quite frustrating. Apple Pay isn’t working when I or a customer try’s to checkout. Google pay only shows
