Anyone struggling with support "unable to locate account"?

I tried using the chat support and after they repeatedly asked for my information to "verify my account", they stated that the information was not correct and to contact the business owner. Since I am the business owner, I know that I gave them my correct name, email and business name. Anyone else having trouble with this? I can't keep wasting an hour as their "support agent" can't find my account.

Has this happened more than once? Were you the one who used your Social Security number to activate the account? If not, then you wouldn’t be considered the account owner. In most cases, Support can still assist you, but for any account-specific actions, they’ll need to speak directly with the owner.

 

I want to make sure this gets resolved, so I’ll keep an eye out for your reply. Please note that because we can’t discuss account-specific details here, I may need to DM you to gather more information.
