Any way to automate X number of free items per month per customer account?

We moved to Square to service our restaurant locations, but are predominately a winery. We offer our club members 2 free tastings per month at the location of their choice. We're running into issues now where members take their 2 free tastings at multiple locations each month, meaning anywhere from 2-16 additional tastings. 

 

In our prior POS, we were able to create a promotion that would give 2 free flights per member per month, and once depleted, leave additional tasting flights at full retail price. 

 

I'm not finding any way to pull this off in Square for Restaurant without relying on my staff to dig through accounts to see if the member has comped flights at another location that month. 

 

Has anyone found a workaround to pull off something like this? Open to using loyalty/marketing/subscriptions if those have the functionality.

Could use Loyalty but that would involve adding the points manually to your members so they can redeem Free Tasting rewards twice a month. I recommend reaching out to our Loyalty team so they can point you in the right direction to set this up successfully.
