I was hoping someone can tell me if there is a way to automatically follow up on enquires made via the contact form. https://www.ageckocan.com.au/contact-us
My understanding is, if a customer sends me an enquiry, I have to respond to it via my email.
Then that's the last communication I have with that customer if they don't respond.?
I don't even know if they received my response?
Is there a way to do this better? am I doing it correctly?
