Another weebly issue! Favicon not showing on live site

Can anyone tell me why the favicon is not appearing on my live site please? It is showing on the back end as being uploaded, but upon publishing it, it reverts to the weebly logo. Help please!!!

it’s worth clearing your browser & having another look as it’s likely it’s just your own browse that’s reusing the one it’s always had for the site 👍

Oh my goodness, thank you sooooo much! That was really bugging me. Can't believe something so simple was the answer - you're a star!!!

.... another question. The contact form for my clients site is a) not sending the message through to our inboxes and b) i've linked it to a thank you page, but it goes to a thank you message. I've used this same type of contact form on other websites and never had any issues. Am getting desperate!

I read the other thread with that & not sure. I’ve never had an issue with the forms - is it the standard inbuilt ones?

Hey @PerfectLayout  - I’ve just seen another of your threads. 

just to check/confirm - are you using a square online store site (weebly but you sign in with square) or a weebly powered website? 

If it’s the latter it would be worth looking up the weebly forums, as while Weebly is now part of square there are some interface & option differences depending on what route you start from.

Hi, yes it's a weebly powered website and i've used a theme from webfire, who were responsive to begin with but now i don't hear back from them 😰. The form on the website is a standard weebly one. Could you recommend a weebly forum please? The ones i've looked at so far have nothing relevant/up to date. I'm thinking that there is a simple to solve glitch somewhere that will remedy this but trying to get help is proving problematic and it's driving me mad!
