Hi @jfhfjvd68

The "Another QuickBooks user is currently performing a task" error occurs when multiple users try to access the same function simultaneously. To fix it, ask other users to finish their tasks and log out. Alternatively, switch to single-user mode temporarily or restart QuickBooks Database Server Manager to refresh permissions.

Hey there @jfhfjvd68.  All questions about Quickbooks issues (setup, migration, etc) must be resolved with Quickbooks support.  We can not provide help about third-party software here in the Square Sellers Community.  Your question doesn’t seem to apply to the sync integration between QB and Square, and that’s about all we might be able to assist you with.

Hi @jfhfjvd68

To resolve the "QBCFMonitorService not running on this computer" issue, restart QuickBooks Database Server Manager via the "Services" app in Windows. Locate "QBCFMonitorService," right-click, select "Start" or "Restart." If the problem persists, reinstall QuickBooks Database Server Manager to ensure proper functioning.

Why does the "QuickBooks migration failed unexpectedly" error appear when I attempt to migrate my company file to a new system?

Hi @jfhfjvd68

To fix the "QuickBooks migration failed unexpectedly" issue, ensure both versions are compatible, disable antivirus software temporarily, and clear the Temp folder. Run the QuickBooks File Doctor tool to repair files. If the problem persists, reinstall QuickBooks or contact support for further assistance.
