How do you edit an appointment service per client to end early?

How do you edit an appointment service per client to end early?

for example my service is set for 1 hour but this specific client takes me 45 mins. How can I edit that clients service to be 45 mins? I cannot figure it out and never had booking app that didn’t have this feature. As some clients you end early. 

please help, thank you!!

Hi @Stellettabeauty , welcome to the Seller Community 👋.

 

While there isn’t an automatic feature to adjust the service duration for a specific client, you can manually edit the duration yourself from the Dashboard or the Appointments app. (this is valid whether you booked the appointment yourself, or if your client booked through your Online Booking Page).

 

Dashboard

 

  1. Access the Appointments tab, then click on Calendar.
  2. Click on the relevant appointment to view the details, and tap Edit on the top right.
  3. Scroll down the Appointments Details, and click on the number below Duration
  4. Edit the duration then Save.

 

Appointments App

 

  1. Open the calendar and select the appointment you wish to edit.
  2. To edit the appointment, tap Edit in the upper-right.
  3. Under Service & Items, click on the Service to view its details.
  4. Click on the Duration and select the desired duration.
  5. Then tap Save.
