All of my items show free shipping even though my account is upgraded and I have RTS selected.

I am setting up my online store and I am running into a roadblock with shipping. All of my items are showing up as free shipping. My account is upgraded, and I have real time shipping selected. Anybody have any ideas?

Are you paying for the $70+ a month option? 

 

Did you add box dimensions and weight into the shipping and fulfillment section?

Can you post a link to one of your items so we can take a look at your checkout page? Are you entering a shipping address on the checkout page? The shipping rate will not show up until the destination address is added for calculating the rate.

I spent an hour on the phone with square today. Everything was configured correct. They just turned everything off and reselected it again. It is working now!
