Account was deactivated - help reactivating

Hello. My account has been deactivated and I don't understand why. I received an email to refund charges as they were suspicious and I did without asking questions. I am not sure why I did to cause a concern or how to get the account reactivated. I am new to Square so I am not even sure entirely what I did wrong, but would to love to talk to someone there to figure out what happened or what the misunderstanding may be. Anyone have luck talking with someone about your account?

Please help me as I am not even sure what to do next to explain to someone what happened or potentially is presumed to have happened.

Hi @blinds101.  I’m sorry to hear this.  You need to contact Square Customer Support here.  You have various options — chat, phone, email.  In this case, I’d recommend a phone call so you can hopefully get to the bottom of this a little quicker.

I wish you well!

My account was also deactivated by Square last week, due to "transaction types prohibited by Section 35 of the Payment Terms."  However, all of my Square transactions are real sales and don’t break any laws, nor have I had any customer disputes.  I am an interior designer and all of my charges are with one client and I have receipts and invoices for all sales. I wrote an email asking them to reinstate my account and have received no response. When I call I get an automated person telling me my account was deactivated but not why and to send an email. I don’t seem to have any further recourse. How do I get someone on the phone or at least respond yo my email?

same thing happened to my daughter and I. No explanation at all. I tried calling, emailing, etc., with zero Reponses from Square.
