About sticky printer !!!!

What’s problem from Square Registers!! I create a new printer station. And can not setup paper size. Just only for IOS.  When I setup done on iOS. Still doesn’t work on my Square Registers!! **bleep**!!  Please help !!

Have you updated your software on your device to the most recent version? What happens whenever you try to set up the new printer station?
