I have two square accounts for two seperate organizations and one has the send batch invoice option, but the other doesn't?? What's the deal?

Assuming you have both accounts setup the same and that particular option is only available to one account, you may want to contact Support - from a community standpoint, you need Support to look at your accounts as it's not possible for members or moderators to do that.
