AU - Anyone else unable to use the help or contact portions of the website at all?

The help and support sites are functionally useless for us it seems. The links are either dead or go nowhere. 

The live chat assistant thing does not open a window. 

Then having to CALL for them to send a text with a link to chat support seems insane. 

Which then tells me to call the support number which then gives no option to actually speak to anyone and sends me ANOTHER text link to a chat to just endlessly circle around. 

 

The support for this is dreadful

I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble getting in touch with our support team. When phone wait times are longer than usual, we provide a chat link to get you help quicker, but I understand how this would be disheartening when you're wanting to speak to someone instead.
