Balance

Hey all 🙂 so I’ve just started back up my work since having baby and my client processed using her Afterpay card on my square terminal.
My question is does the payment no longer go into the balance? Does it automatically get sent to my account? I’ve always had it on manual transfer so just a little

confused.
Late last year when I used it last it was there straight away so I could transfer.
It’s been a few hours and still isn’t showing up on the balance tab

Afterpay payments once processed will show immediately in your Square Balance. You can confirm whether a transaction has been successful by checking the Transactions page on your app or online Square Dashboard.


When checking this on your end, can you see this payment showing in your transaction history?

 

Following this, you will receive transfers based on your current transfer schedule. If you are currently on the manual transfer schedule, you will need to initiate this transfer directly from your Balance page via your online Square Dashboard.

1. Sign in to your Square account

2. Head to our contact page https://squ.re/3AWfZs2

3. Go to "Other", then "I don't see my issue"

4. Click "Message us", "Email us" or "Call Us"
