appointment help

I dont have time to wait on the phone for tech support to help as they dont help through the messaging service anymore. Last time I got complaints from customers for not being able to get through.

 

My problem is I keep getting an error message when I go to book an appointment. I have a screenshot, I just cant attach it as I dont have permission to upload images? I have put it in the messages. Please see error below. Is anyone else getting this or can help me please? Thanks heaps!

 

Cart selected_options.item_variation_details.write_only_backing_details.item_variation.item.id is required,item.id must match in configuration and write_only_backing_details

Thanks for reaching out to us with this message and sorry you're running into this problem when trying to book appointments.

I've done my best to replicate this appointment on my test account, as I wanted to see if the free service was contributing to the issue, however, I didn't receive any error message. Are you only receiving this error when trying to book with this specific service?

In terms of general troubleshooting, have you logged out of your online Square Dashboard, cleared the cache and then tried to put through the appointment again? Do you still receive this same error?
