All new items I add to the grid disappear after I close the edit screen. I looked at the troubleshooting page, but nothing there helped. I updated my iPad and the green Square for Retail app, and it still happens. I had to switch back to the white Square app because I changed one of my most-used items, and now it's not in my grid. I've seen that others have this problem. When will it be fixed? It makes the app basically unusable. Searching almost every time I enter an item takes way too long.
