Hi there. Does anyone know if you can use the Zerbra ZM400 model? I have this machine already and would like to keep it when I transition to Square.
I can not say it will or will not work, but how are you trying to print Labels and connected to what Device?
Square POS system to print labels to go on a coffee cup to identify the drink? To print labels for your items in your retail store for sale? Do the Labels Square prints through fit in the ZM400?
I have a X printer connected to my Desktop computer for printing shipping labels. It currently has 4x6 labels in it. This printer is Not supported by Square. I had my catalog, clicked Create Label and it created one and told it to print it and Chose the X printer. My Label came out fine and does scan but because its on a 4x6 label it is HUGE LOL. The Barcode itself is 3.75 inches long and from the Text to the bottom of the Barcode is about 1.75 inches high.

My point here is if your Label printer can connect to a Computer, it should work. I currently have a nother computer for my production labels and only use the Free Zebra Designer software for creating my labels for my items. The barcodes the Zebra software creates and prints work fine with Square as long as the Scanner can read and translate the Barcode to Square. Since the ZM400 is not on the compatible printers list, the only way to find out would be to test it. I use main Zebra 410 printers for my items and Shelf labels.
Let us know if you try and get the 400 to work.
