Why is my online site defaulting to a restaurant when all of my items are physical items?

I started out creating payment links in my item library and then today I set up my online store that I am integrating into my external website. I thought I followed all of the directions, but it seems as though in the checkout area people get the option only for pick up with wording that sounds like it’s a restaurant. How do I remove that and make it so that it is strictly retail physical items? Also, is there a way to have both shipping and pick up options available for physical items?

Hello @HappyShirtsMM !

When going through the order process on your site, I don't see any wording that leads me to believe your store is a restaurant. I see info on when my order would be ready and where to pick it up. Nothing industry specific. I think you'll be ok with how it's worded.

As for the physical shipping and pickup, yes. When you're editing the item on the dashboard, look for the Fulfillment section. It's down near the bottom of the item editor screen. Hit Edit on the Online Fulfillment Methods section and choose what fulfillment types you want.

If you're using real time shipping rates, be sure to include the weight of your item as well!

Hope this helps!

Hey @HappyShirtsMM,

Welcome to the Community.

Thank you for providing your site link, that's helpful. However, I'm not sure what you mean regarding the checkout wording. It sounds like it's defaulting to a restaurant setting. Can you please provide a screenshot so we can see what you're experiencing?
