Hello again. We have multiple open orders that cannot be removed, edited, or completed within the Square app. the only option it shows when you open the ticket is a print option. Can someone let me know how to remove these orders from our queue so that they are not cluttering our open tickets? This app is getting worse and worse by the day.
We have several open orders that are bugged. We cannot edit or delete them, or collect payment. The only button on them is print. It is cluttering up our order queue. Any help?
