View/Track deleted carts?

I have Square for Retail and once I delete a Saved Cart I can no longer see it or what was in it.  I use it more for when a customer comes in asks for me to hold items at the register and adds to it.  Sometimes we delete the Saved carts because the customer chooses a different scent to buy and no longer wants the originals.   I have go through looking for a way to see deleted saved carts to see if there was a pattern to people picking a scent, then choosing a different scent based on season.   I just never found anything of Saved Deleted carts.   Once they are gone they are deleted, and no tracking or history of the saved cart.  The only way I found around this is to open it, print it then delete it before running any form of payment.  To do this tap Saved Carts- Tap the Cart you want to Delete- Tap Print - then Tap Delete.  When You print the saved cart there is less information as the sale was not finalized.
