Upcharge Modifiers not adding the additional price?

I have an ice cream shop, and a few flavors of a 'blended soft serve treat' 

which are an additional $2 to the normal price. But Now they aren't working out of the blue and I have changed nothing. Last summer it worked - now it doesn't. Send help. Thanks.

I would delete, becuase I figured it out. But I can't seem to delete it... so yea.
