Hi there @Cooked4U.. You'll want to do two things here.

First, you need to set your fulfillment hours to the correct days with their respective start/stop times.  In my ice cream shop, I set my stop time to be 30 minutes BEFORE I actually close, to stop those last minute orders that just infuriate me and my staff.  LOL

Second, I'm assuming that you have your online store fulfillment settings set for the online store to automatically calculate and assign pickup/delivery times.  If that is the case, look for the setting "Do you want to let customers schedule pickup/delivery for future days?"  Toggling that off will stop allowing customers to schedule orders outside your normal operating hours.

Disclaimer -- if you WANT customers to be allowed to schedule orders when you are closed for the next time you open, then you can't stop the orders.  They will come in, but customers will only be allowed to schedule them for your normal fulfillment windows.
