Tip option on signature page

New to square and want to be able to add tip options to the signature page, I was able to do it using the magstripe reader, but now I have the contactless reader and it sends me to a separate page of tips and no signature required, it’s odd to show the phone to a customer just to see the tip options, when displayed in the signature page it’s more subtle.

Any help how to change the way its display?

Thank you for providing the additional context, @Dog3330

I suggest making sure that your Square app isn't in need of any updates as well. You may need to sign out of the app and then back in, if you changed these settings recently.

Hi @Dog3330let me first welcome you to the Seller Community 👋 !

 

You can opt to display the tipping options on the signature screen:

  1. From the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen, tap More.

  2. Tap Settings > Checkout > Tipping.

  3. Toggle Separate Tipping Screen off

You'll find more information on this Support Center article

 

You might also want to make sure you've enabled signatures collection on your app in Settings > Checkout > Signature & Receipt. Toggle Collect Signatures on.

I did all that and still sends me to a separate page of tips only, I scan or touch the credit card then tip options by themselves.
