Hey there @Appaness.. Which POS app are you using -- Standard, Retail or Restaurants? I recently found out that this option has been removed from Square for Restaurants. But the other two have it as a payment option you can add to your POS checkout flow. You would go to Settings > Checkout > Payment. You should see an Invoice payment type you can activate.
