How do I edit this email that customer's receive about cancellations.

Hello,

 

I can't seem to find a way to edit this email that a customer received from my business (with outdated information). I have searched the dashboard and Websites (Online). Please help!

Hey there @amandalocho.. What, exactly, did you do to cause this email?  Is it an invoice that was cancelled?  Or something else like an online order?  A quick look around did not give me any ideas about whether or not this email is customizable, but it would help not to be looking around guessing where this came from in the order/transaction flow.
