Is there a way to control stock at the pos for restaurants?
so if I only have say 10 serves left of a particular dish can I set it up so my staff can’t sell more than 10 serves?
I can see low stock alerts but an email is no help on a busy night when I’m tied up in the kitchen cooking

"Item availability" is a feature of Square for Restaurants Plus! Check out this video on how to use the feature and let me know if you have any questions 🙂
Ah ok. Was just hopeful from what Threebirdies said in the thread above.
The old view is only active till next week anyway then as I understand it reverts to the new one anyway.
Helpdesk indicted it should function as I discussed with them when I spoke with them this morning, but tonight will be he test.
Seems crazy that the development would remove such a useful tool to hospitality venues. We can but hope they fix it asap.
