Square deleted an entire collection of items in my item library

Today every item in an item category scanned as "item not found" at checkout. I found my entire collection of items from a particular vendor is missing. It shows as deleted In my stock history. I did not delete this. How do I get all these skis back into my item library?

This has happened to me once as well

Along with some deleted items, I also found that some of my items that were deleted by myself have been restored.

I guess there must be a database backup rollback for some reasons.

Firstly, I understand that is rather frustrating. I have not personally heard of anyone else with this issue, so I am sorry to hear that this has happened to @Daniel322, as well.

 

In regard to your question about tech supporting stepping in to help, I can definitely see what we can do. I can go ahead and reach out to our eCommerce team on this. Do you by chance have the name of the Collection that was removed? 

 

@Daniel322, if you are having this issue as well, please feel free to respond with what Collection or items were affected for you and I can try to get this figured out for both you.
