This just happened... we had a gentleman come in for product and we put his order in saved carts and didn't notice that someone else's name was already attached. Then when we opened it back up we switched to the correct name and yet when the purchase was complete the points went to the person whose name was mistakenly put on the saved cart. This is a major flaw in the system!!

@JJ_ It has happened a couple times, I went back and looked through more transactions! It is always when the wrong name gets put on the saved cart and even though we change to the correct name the rewards goes to the original name.
