We are unable to correct the "available to sell" numbers that are incorrect. We have no open checks; however, Square thinks we do and deducts whatever products are on the phantom throwing our inventory off. Even if I go in and do an "inventory recount" Square adjusts the "available to sell" based on the new inventory count and does not correct the available to sell. We called online support and they passes us around and nobody could see the phantom checks or tell me how to correct.
