Recommendations for small restaurant online ordering and kitchen printer

I got square setup 2 years ago and still barely scrape by in terms of having any idea what I'm doing on the online ordering... I am a web developer, creating a website and integrating api is not an issue, I don't care if I use the vanilla square ordering as just an iframe or whatever, I just want to make sure it can schedule times based on orders? It just seems a bit confusing and with competitors offering major deals and telling me they will set it up for me, it's something I'm considering but I'd like to make square work better for us.

Second, we have the stand and a receipt printer. I am thinking of getting a kitchen printer, is an ethernet required to connect to the stand or can it work wirelessly?

I have no idea if Square can schedule times based on orders.  You may have to be more specific for someone else to answer that.

You are asking if a Receipt Printer can work Wirelessly with your stand or if it needs to be wired to the stand via ethernet?

This would depend on the Printer you are getting and how far from the Stand you want it to work.  Bluetooth to stand for 30 fee and under away from the stand would could be wireless any thing over that get a network attached printer.

 I bought the USB/Bluetooth/Ethernet Receipt Printer.  Now the Receipt Printer I got can communicate with 1 stand via Bluetooth at a time, which would be wirelessly but limited to distance of about 30 feet from the stand. So my Stands connect Wirelessly to my network to communicate with the receipt printer as it is connected to the Network via ethernet cable.  This is the only way 2 stands can connect to the 1 receipt printer, that I have found.    Since I have a few Wireless repeaters, I could connect a repeater to my WiFi Wirelessly in almost any location and then connect an Ethernet receipt printer to the Repeater by the ethernet cable.  So the printer is still wired via Ethernet but to a range extender/repeater which is wirelessly connected to the rest of the network. So No ethernet connection is required from the Stand directly to the network printer.  In your router settings, make sure you set the Receipt printers to a Static IP address.  This will have the Printer at the same address on your network.
