Restaurant POS system will not let me register as it will only accept SSN not SIN and we can not verify

For some clarification, is your business located in Canada? If so, it looks like the Square account is registered for the United States, which is why it is asking for SSN and not SIN.
If you accidentally registered for the United States, I recommend reaching out directly our Support Team.

i was thinking the same thing seeing as their is an American flag next to your profile showing your country and your post is in the United States forum. Hopefully you can get your account switched over to a Canadian account!
