Hi I'm having an issue printing labels from a PO and can't figure out why. I have a PO that I created months ago with only 4 items. When I go into the print labels screen, at the bottom, I click the button "By PO" and the 4 items from the old PO load great, and I can continue with the label printing.
I just created a new PO and have received all the items in the PO. When I go through the same process as described above, no items will load at the bottom of the screen for me. Can someone help figure out what I'm missing? The two POs appear to be the same. I can't pinpoint any one thing that would cause the items to not show up.
